1. What is Rio360?
Rio360 is a digital platform created to promote commerce, tourism, events and services of the municipality of Riosucio, Caldas.
Our goal is to make it easy for residents and visitors to access up‑to‑date information about businesses, places, events and activities of the municipality.
2. Use of the platform
The user agrees to use Rio360 responsibly and in accordance with Colombian law.
Not allowed:
- Post false or misleading information.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Share offensive, illegal or discriminatory content.
- Attempt to disrupt the platform through attacks or malicious activities.
Rio360 may suspend or delete access for any user who violates these conditions.
3. Business information
The information published on Rio360 may be provided by:
- Business owners.
- The Rio360 team.
- Verified public sources.
Although we work to keep the information up to date, we do not guarantee that all data will remain current at all times.
Each owner is responsible for keeping their business information up to date.
4. Verified businesses
The "Negocio Verificado" badge indicates that the establishment's information has been validated by the Rio360 team.
This badge does not represent a quality certification, commercial guarantee, or endorsement of the products or services offered by that establishment.
5. Events
Rio360 publishes information about events organized by third parties.
The organization, execution, changes or cancellations of such events are the sole responsibility of their organizers.
Rio360 is not responsible for date changes, times, prices or cancellations.
6. Reviews and opinions
Users can share reviews and ratings about the listed businesses.
The published opinions represent solely each user's experience and do not necessarily reflect Rio360's position.
We reserve the right to delete comments that contain:
- Offensive language.
- False information.
- Threats.
- Spam.
- Illegal content.
7. Intellectual property
All proprietary content of Rio360, including:
- Design.
- Brand.
- Logo.
- Iconography.
- Own photographs.
- Developed code.
- Texts.
It is protected by intellectual property laws.
It may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior authorization.
The brands and logos of each business belong to their respective owners.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the platform permanently available.
However, Rio360 may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates or technical reasons without prior notice.
